☕The Local Rec
A Louisville local’s food rec, every week.
This week’s rec comes from:
Joey @ The Louisville Plug
Working on locking in some big local recs for you all, but this week, I’m popping in myself.
Their Rec: Colliver Coffee Co.
Why they love it:
"Finding their mobile coffee truck, Cypress & Myrtle, at the local farmers market feels like striking gold.”
“All of their coffee is roasted and brewed in-house, and the attention to detail and true passion for what they do really shows in the quality of every drink.”
“They’re raising the bar for what a local coffee experience should feel like.”
Her Go-To order:
“I usually go for a flavored hot latte, and they have me fully covered. I got the Caramel Delight latte last time and thoroughly enjoyed it.”
“You can find a great list of classic flavors on their menu along with seasonal specials they are always cooking up.”

Their mobile shop
I also wanted to mention you can purchase their coffee whole bean or ground and have it delivered locally!
Be sure to follow Colliver Coffee Co. on Instagram and Facebook. They often post weekly schedules to let folks know where they will be. So stay tuned for that and make sure to let me know if you get out and try some!
