🥬 The Local Rec
A Louisville local’s food rec, every week.
This week’s rec comes from: What To Do In Lou
If you want to live like a local, you need to follow what2dolou. She’s our go-to for the best food and drinks in the 502, and her updates make you feel like you’ve got a front row seat to the city's best kept secrets. Trust me, your weekend plans will thank you.
Their Rec: In Season Harvest Kitchen
Why they love it:
"It’s located downtown and all the food is sourced from local Kentucky and Southern Indiana farms. It’s basically healthy fast food! A healthier version of Chipotle, if you will.”
Her Go-To order:
“My go to order is their chicken teriyaki bowl - White rice, teriyaki chicken, sliced cucumber, carrot shave, green onion, sesame seeds and crispy wonton strips with ginger maple vinaigrette. It pairs really well with their house-made lemonade or a Diet Coke (duh!).”
